[TYPO3] Migrate a non-TV site to TV

I haven't used it myself but If you go to the BE Functions module there
is a wizard in the dropdown menu called "reference unused content
elements (templavoila)" that allows you to import the elements into TV.

Hi,
is anybody aware of a howto for migrating a non-TV site to TV? I know
that there is eu_tradvoila but it does not seem to work with recent
versions of TV. Are there any scripts floating around that would do the
reassignment of content to containers from a column to container map?
