[TYPO3] Multimedia problem

Hi

I am running Typo3 4.0.1

Using DAM

I am trying to put in a WMV file to play in Multimedia EXT

When I click on the folder to go look for the files, nothing shows up in the Element Browser.

The files are there, and the permissions are set correctly.
I also checked in the Media folder & the file folder and they show up, but not in the Element Browser when I go to load them in the Multimedia 

Can anyone enlighten me. I have tried everything.
