[TYPO3] page_php_content missing

I'm using Lumo PHP Include and it works fine. It helps you include PHP
scripts from files on your server or via URL.
The only thing to know is: you need to re- browse for the script file
(in the content element) when it has changed, and the container page
should be set not to cache.
