[TYPO3] Import an Access Database

well, I've solve this problem just now hahaha....so I'm using the odbc
connector to querying the table consisting the E-mail address and uid...then
I export the query result and insert into my table in typo based on the
uid,and it run well ^^...but I still unsure about doing this in a data that
is larger than mine..coz my data is a small data(its only 500) okay then,
thx folks ^^
