[TYPO3] cannot get the review function to work in sr_feuser_register

I installed version 2.5.6
For an unknown reason the review function does not work.
Once you complete the form it and push the send button it is processed
without review.
This goes for editing as well.
If an e-mail address is already created it creates the same address twice.
No failure report.

Any clues?
