[TYPO3] hl dam gallery - Class filename "class.ux_tslib_content.php" did NOT contain the class "ux_tslib_content"!

I get this code warning when looking at the hl dam gallery under the
extension module:

Class filename "class.ux_tslib_content.php" did NOT contain the class
"ux_tslib_content"!

and underneath it I see:


Naming annoyances:
(developer-relevant)	
tables	
tt_content	tt_content
tx_dam	tx_dam

anyone know how I can rectify these? or can someone point me in the
direction of an extension documentaion so that i can see why the hl
dam extension is giving me these two warnings?
