[TYPO3] tt_products: calculate shipping costs depending on country

Hi list,

I really searched a lot now an can't believe that there is no 
possibility to achieve this. So this is my problem with tt_products, 
perhaps anyone of you has already done this:

I just want to calculate the shipping costs based on the country where 
the goods should get shipped to. So how can I select the country as a 
first step? Is it the country that is selected for the fe_user? But what 
about countries we don't want to ship anything to? So what I need: A 
country selector to select the country for the delivery address, and 
based on this the shipping fees should be calculated. It would be nice 
to have one selector in the basket view to see the full price, and of 
course the country value must be changed according to the delivery 
address that is entered in the next step. I read in the tt_products 
manual that Franz did something like that, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

It would be really great if someone could give me a hint where I can 
find it... (also the sourcecode didn't help. I couldn't find any 
statement that would check for a country)
