[TYPO3] moc_filemanager: too many entries in database, about 20000 for 85 files

It's impossible because it's too much traffic and/or bandwidth if everybody
is sending attachments that again are sent to everybody.

And this is how you should always do it, since this way only those people
have to use their bandwidth and produce additional traffic, who might be
interested in this thread and therefor want to read the file.
