[TYPO3] CoolUri Configuration

Hi,

I got the realURL alternative coolURI up and running - with it's defaul
configuration.
Here's my problem is: as soon as I try to set some own values I get 404
error messages.
The generated URL looks ok...

Here's my config:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<cooluri>

...
[default stuff]
...

<urlsuffix>.html</urlsuffix>

  <removeparts>
    <part>startseite</part>
  </removeparts>

...
[default stuff]
...

<removetrailingslash>1</removetrailingslash>

</cooluri>

Any hints?
