[TYPO3] Typo3 upgrade from 3.6 to 4.1

Hi there
Please be more specific what you've done. Or how you
tried to upgrade from 3.6.7 to 4.1.1

I'm updating some sites from 3.7 to 4.1.1 and it's
quite straight forward.
