[TYPO3] _BASE_HREF appears

Maybe
config.baseURL = absolute path to your site
could be of use.

Recommend that question refer to your setup- template- versions- plugins-  
etc.

A base where things worked out, or new thing.

Typo3 requires a lot of reading to be helped.
