[TYPO3] Permission to access /typo3/alt_doc.php

Hi Christoph

I still need help!

But I have nothing new to tell. My provider is very difficult to work 
with, and he tells me that I have no access to the apache error log. And 
thats it!!

Right now I don't know what to do about it - if you have any ideas 
please tell me.

Tomorrow i will try to make the same thing on another TYPO3 site. Same 
provider, but another server. The site where i have the problem have 
just been moved to another server, and I have had a lot of different 
problems since then.
