[TYPO3] Page index and glossary

Hi all,

Before launching into a specific development, I would like to know if  
someone already has a funnction extension for doing the following:

The idea is to build a glossary of words and have each word linked to  
a page in the web site. Then an index would be built with all the  
words in the glossary displayed alphabetically and linked to their  
respective page.

None of the glossary extensions in the TER do just that.
