[TYPO3] Permission to access /typo3/alt_doc.php

Well, I have read more on the german forum 
(http://forum.best-webhost.biz/thread.php?postid=1220#post1220).

There is a link to typo3.org, and it seems to be a problem with version 
4.0.4, and I have to update to 4.0.5.

I have to look into it later!!!

I will also ask my provider for help with the log!
