[TYPO3] how to insert (call) one extension into another

Hello!

I am writing my own extension. I would like to assign to one of my 
markers the result of another extension present in my installation.
In Setup of TypoScript I would do this simply by copying one object into 
another
myMarker < plugin.tx_myname

But how to do this on the extension level, using PHP?
