[TYPO3] Solved/Bug found: 4.1.1 BE: no files and folders shown beneath "fileadmin/"

I couldn't give up searching and succeeded. Looks like I've found a
BUG: I had a subfolder named '0', e.g. just the singel digit null.

This folder name is probably treated by some PHP-loop als "false" and
stops processing of further files and folders.

To verify I created a folder '0' in the file tool in the BE. Result:
It doesn't show up and thus can't be deleted using the file module.

Where should I report the BUG?
