[TYPO3] PHP help ! does this code look like it would check a file extensions, and disallow php files or exe files to be attached

yea the function storeFile() moves the uploaded file.

but Im not seeing the $_FILES array under the t3lib reference....

and it doesn't work when using it anyway.

any help?
