[TYPO3] Apache/socket problem

Hello all :-)

I'm new to Typo3, but very exited. Seems almost too easy to be true, and I
guess it was, sorta.
In any case Apache seems to make trouble for me. I'm using the wamp
installer here on my pc (vista 64), and while mysql seems to be running and
listening for connections, apache has trouble with finding a socket.

The errors I get is (first one is my translation):

(OS10013) An attempt was made to access a socket in a way that isn't allowed
by this sockets access-permissions.
make_sock : could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 <http://0.0.0.0/>
No listening sockets available, shutting down.
Unable to open logs

Hm. It struck me that vista might have security issues with apache, and
perhaps it does. At least I get another error when ran as administrator:

The path could not be found.

And that's all it says (aside from "could not be started" etc.). Odd.

Any insights on this problem would be appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
Tobias
