[TYPO3] date2cal in extensions

Hi François,

Please install the latest available release of the extension and be sure
date2cal is loaded after all other extensions[1]. The latest release should
do this automatically.

[1] $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList'] in localconf.php
