[TYPO3] Non-admin backend users cannot edit flexible content elements

Most likely you have not given them the ability to select TS and DO
objects in their usergroup permissions. I think it's in the
exclude-fields list under something like "Page template" or
"Templatevoila Page structure". Just fiddle with ones that look or
sound right, and you'll hit jackpot eventually.

If the user cannot set the template type, they won't be able to edit
the fields in that template. I know, because I suffered this just a
few days ago!
