[TYPO3] link doesn't work in ext ric_rotation

Hi list,
I have just installed the extension ric_rotation of version 1.9.8.
External and internal links are not working on the banner. Otherwise, it is
working fine.
My configuration is:
typo3 version 4.1
templavoila version 1.3.0
Where I have gone wrong? Please help me.
