[TYPO3] TemplaVoila ARABIC/HEBREW and ENGLISH in a ONE Tree TYPO3

Thanks for the link

We tried this before but didn't work but I will check all coding again and
think probably the error is to find here. I think we didn't inserted it at
the body tag. Thanks for the link its CSS :-)
