[TYPO3] Looking for prototype documentation and how to use it in the BE

Hey Andi,

I turned it off again... in the end I noticed I didn't need it anyways.
I needed a RPC function in prototype, but couldn't find th doc for it.

I think however this is the correct method to load it when index.php  
in the BE is the reference:

<script type="text/javascript" src=\"../../../../typo3/contrib/ 
prototype/prototype.js"></script>

I am not sure if I can reference it as a module, I think not because  
it's not a BE module,
nor I couldn't find a API in the typo3 BE.

it's nice to know it's there if I need to do some simple javascript  
stuff,
I do wonder what currently the real power is of prototype, because to  
be honest I only used
to used the $ function 95% of the time and the rest ajax stuff.  
Possible it contains more goodies
but I couldn't never a good site about what is really in there.
