[TYPO3] Is TYPO3 is a good choice?

Dear all,

I would like to make a site which will responsible to handle user
registration, ad-management, and provide a little search engine. This site
will mainly act as a medium between job seeker and employer, in short it
will be a job advertisement site.

Question is, is it wise enough to choose TYPO3 as the CMS and using the
available extension as the support system?
