If you don't care about positions in Google and others that do what you 
want. Usually, you want to be found by your customers and having 
duplicate content doesn't help.

And moreover, if you present something as template for other, you should 
make it as best as possible. You know, having duplicate content isn't 
good thing (although you don't think so) and presenting Typo3 with pages 
that have duplicates isn't really good.
