[TYPO3] Updates

Hi

I put now updates to TER. I stop trying to evaluate essential the XCLASS 
for templavoila/mod1/index.php. I just fix possible bugs and add 
possible tiny issues.

I try with tvp, but it has several problems and I should take off some 
featueres like
a) your modifications for layout - too complex trying to support that
b) simplify link modes because rendering of $finalContent inside 
function render_framework_singleSheet has been changes

The most difficult issue in tvp is that handling of special layout has 
been moved from  function render_framework_subElements to
function render_previewData

That change makes also difficulties to keep track possible changes in 
the original mod1/index.php. Also changing rendering of $finalContent 
might cause future difficulties.
