[TYPO3] Languages and menu

Hello,

I'm using two languages for my site (one tree Typo3 language concept). I 
have problem with menu (i'm using HMENU). When i click on the other language 
i would like to hide menu items that don't have translation. I'm using some 
old Typo3 ver. that doesn't have option "Hide page if no translation for 
current language exists" so is this possible to do it? Thx.
