[TYPO3] moving typo3 to another domain

Dear Community,

I've moved my typo3 site to another domain name.
I've changed in all the files the old domain to the new, with sed.
How do I configure the database to the new domain name? I've changed 
manually all the records, but upon opening the index page it fails with 
a template error claiming on unserialize error.

What do I miss?
