[TYPO3] tcdirectmail and cron jobs

You can send the test messages without cronjob. But real messages are 
triggered by the cronjob.

I guess you could trigger the mailer.php manually after setting everything 
up in the backend.  In other words, be your own cronjob.  But if it was me, 
I would totally forget that step and regularly be pulling my hair out before 
I remembered what I had forgotten.

I guess another option would be to put your real target in the test 
recipient field.  Then do your real sending via the test option.
