[TYPO3] Adding abstract to shortcut page

Hi,

I'm using the 'menu of subpages with abstract' sitemap content element 
for some menus. In those menus, I sometimes want a page which isn't a 
subpage of the current page. I then add a shortcut page to the subpages 
menutree, pointing to the right page.

The problem is that the abstract of the page the shortcut is pointed to 
isn't fetched. So there is no abstract for those pages in the menu. Is 
there any way I could add an abstract to a shortcut like that, or could 
it be done another way?
