[TYPO3] dynamic filemounts or fileadmin entry points?

i am searching about this feature:

i want to define a fileadmin subdirectory (say fileadmin/attachments_page1/ ) to be preselected and showed in the popup file link selector when editing a content with htmlarea in "page1"

is there such an option?
could easily go in TSpageConfig


note: the filemounts "normal" way does not fit into this problem (i don't want to restrict access to just this subdirectory...
i just want ease my editor!
