[TYPO3] Display content elements in a tab menu (rgtabs)?

Hi,

We want to do some thing like what rgtabs does.  I found its manual in the
document library.  But I'm not able to find it in the TER with with both
'Enable extensions without review' and 'Display shy extension' turned on. 
Anybody ever used it or have any ideas of how to display content elements
in tab format?
