[TYPO3] Imagemagick problem

Hi

I have just done a fresh install of Version: 4.0.4.

In install it tells me there is imagemagick in /user/bin/

When I do a test on READ JPG

It won't render the image. I went back and did a test for it and says it is 
there, but the same thing happens.

I have other typo3 installations on the same server without any probs.

Any advice on what I could do to fix the problem
