[TYPO3] typo3 installation

Hey,

I have an account with my Hosting company. They are using Free BSD and 
Plesk 8.0 as control panel. I do not have ssh access. I only have FTP 
access to upload & download the files and use They have TYPO3 3.8 come 
with Plesk 8.0 and I can install it corectly. Can any of you help me 
with the following issues please?
1  How can I upgrade it?
2  How can I a fresh typo3 4.0.4 installation?
