[TYPO3] Allow/Exclude option for flexform fields

Hi,

Is it possible for flexform fields to have allow/exclude options? I am 
using <exclude>1</exclude> option in my flexform settings but still I am 
not getting anything in allow/exclude list in BE. Any suggestions in 
this regard?
