[TYPO3] Direct Mail Options

Hello Everybody,

I am using direct mail for sending newsletter.

I am able To send mail using option Quick Mail. But it provides me option
to write some text and send as mail to a recepient list created but
what if i want to send some news item from a sysfolder?

Do somebody know how to do that?

Also on choosing the direct mail option and selecting the action
"fetch and compile mail content"  it gives an error :-
"*The plain text content could not be fetched.*
*The HTML content could not be fetched."

Can anybody tell how this can be removed.
