[TYPO3] Direct Mail (Error: The plain text and he HTML content could not be fetched.)

Hi,

I Select Direct Mail
After I select an action: Fetch and compile mail content
and I click on: Fetch and compile content

But the answer is:
"AN ERROR WAS ENCOUNTERED.
The plain text content could not be fetched.
The HTML content could not be fetched."

Why?
