[TYPO3] Problem with dates

Sorry to bother you but does anyone has an idea about my problem?

 

I use Typo3 (4.0.1) on HP-UX and I have an issue with dates for each plugging or extensions.

 

In fact, when I specify a begin date and an end date to display a content, I save my content and all dates are decremented by 1 day.

 

The format of my date is YY/MM/AA.

 

Do you know this issue? And do you now how I can specify a date format and a time zone?
