[TYPO3] newloginbox, TemplaVoila' and kb_md5feuser

Hello Folks,

I installed the above mentioned plugin, but wanted to implement a
login box present on all pages through the use of a TS object called
lib.logInBox.

There is an interesting tutorial on

where the TS is clear but not the php snippet which I have no clue
where to place it.

Please can you give it a look and tell me where the php code needs to
be written?
