[TYPO3] Problem with PDF Shop extension

Does anyone else use the PDF Shop extension? It has the exact features I
need, but I have been unable to make it display the thumbnail images. The
images upload just fine and appear in the record, but when I load the page
in a browser, the record displays just fine, except there's no image. The
image tag in the source code is empty, like this: <img src="">. I haven't
changed any default settings, and the images I upload are well below the max
size and are regular gif's and jpg's..

Hope someone out there can help.
