[TYPO3] htmlArea RTE doesnt work

Hi,
Im using version 4.0.2 of typo3 and the htmlArea doesnt work. I choose for 
example heading 2 and in the FE i see the <h2></h2> tags.
I had used version 3.8.1 and the htmlArea worked fine.
I had version 1.3.7 and now i have version 4.2 but none one of them works in 
my typo 4.0.2.
Why?
Any help?
