For the permissions: check the group permissions:

  check: the box 'Include Access Lists'
and then configure:
   'Page types' to include Advanced
and
   'Allowed excludefields' to include the necessary fields f.e.:
     'Page: Keywords (,)', 'Page: Abstract' etc.
