[TYPO3] Forget TYPO3 Install password

go to typo3conf/localconf.php and search for 
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['installToolPassword']

if there are 2 above lines. update the latter one.

Go to the install tool and type the password you want to use then copy 
the hashed password to the above line. That's it.
