[TYPO3] March 2007 time inaccuracy (?)

Hi,

I'm not sure if I've found a bug or not...  Can anyone duplicate the problem I'm experiencing?

I'm using tt_news and the time that appears is one hour off from the time I entered -- for a range of dates apparently between 3/10/2007 and 4/1/2007.  This is true even in the backend.  Dates come out fine, just the time is an hour off.

So I enter: 4:00 3-16-2007  (U.S. format, i.e. March 16 2007) in a backend tt_news element.

But when I look in the backend List module, I see 5:00am 3-16-2007

Dates outside this range (3/10/2007-4/1/2007) appear correctly (at least in my limited data sample).  I see the same problem using the "Last updated" field on a page (i.e. unrelated to tt_news)... so this appears to be independent of tt_news extension.

-- Can anyone else reproduce this problem?

-- Does anyone have suggestions for relevant things to check in my installation regarding this problem?
