[TYPO3] No static templates?

In the Install Tool you should import the static templates using the
"Database Analyser" tool.

Be aware that the static templates that are bundled with TYPO3 are all
potentially deprecated and should only used if really needed (e.g. when
upgrading from older versions). Better to base your new sites on
"new-generation" templates (EXT:css_styled_content and your own new
templates).
