[TYPO3] 406 Not Acceptable

Hi All,

After upgrading from 3.8.0 to 4.0.3 and also started using static urls I'm
having problems with typo3/alt_doc.php posts.
The error is 406 Not Acceptable.
I've searched the mailing list and a post was posted previously without an
answer.

Does anyone had this problem and knows the solution?
