[TYPO3] Upgrading Typo3 to V4.04

Hi list,

I would like to upgrade my version of typo3 4.0 to V4.04, are there any 
good manuals about upgrading, because the one on typo3.org is from 2004 
and the folder structure differs from that one in the manual.
Just to make sure that i don't do anything wrong because we have lots 
of sites running.
