[TYPO3] GMENU equivalent of innerwrap

Hi,

After a while of diggin through the gmenu source i decided 
to put together an extension which adds stdWrap to the most inner part
of a gmenu item. It is named nh_gmenu_plus and can be downloaded from
TER.
