[TYPO3] CSS styling based on localization

Try something like this in TS setup:

[globalVar = GP:L = 1]
page.includeCSS.1 = fileadmin/small.css

[globalVar = GP:L = 2]
page.includeCSS.1 = fileadmin/large.css
