[TYPO3] Formail not working

Can anyone give me some direction.

I don't receive the mails from formail or if I use mailformplus the same thing happens.

They were working before. Is there anyway I can test it and see what happens.

I was wondering if my provider has done something. Is anything specific I should be asking them.

I have tried this on two installtaions of Typo3

I did a test in install and the same thing, the test doesn't arrive.

Help needed.
